Approval of 36 research projects
After the peer reviews evaluation of 55 applications, the Research Council of the SNSF approved 36 research projects.
The Swiss National Science Foundation received 172 pre-proposals for the NRP 75 Big Data. Based on a peer review evaluation, 56 research groups were invited to submit full proposals. The SNSF received 55 applications. These proposals were evaluated according to the principles of peer review during the summer 2016. Finally, the Research Council approved 36 full proposals. 19 applications were rejected.
The approved projects are listed on the attached document. All projects will be presented in details on this website in the first trimester 2017.
